30-day returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Email us at info@hominiti.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you the correct return address and instructions for your order.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover all costs.

Defective or wrong items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo at info@hominiti.com. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items and customized products cannot be returned.
