How HOMINITI collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information.
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Who we are
HOMINITI is an online store operated by REXOH LLC, 5830 E 2ND ST STE 7000 30559, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States. In this policy, “HOMINITI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to REXOH LLC in connection with the HOMINITI store and website at hominiti.com.
Privacy inquiries and privacy-rights requests may be sent to info@hominiti.com or made by telephone at +1 302-587-0007.
2. Scope
This policy applies to personal information handled through the HOMINITI website, customer accounts, checkout, order fulfillment, customer support, contact forms, returns, and marketing communications. It does not govern a third party’s independent website, service, or privacy practices.
3. Personal information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we may collect:
- Identifiers and contact information: name, billing and shipping address, email address, telephone number, account username, and IP address.
- Order and commercial information: products viewed or purchased, order number, transaction status, delivery and return details, and customer-service history.
- Account information: login credentials in protected form, saved preferences, wishlist information, and account activity.
- Payment-related information: payment method, payment status, limited transaction details, and a processor token when supplied by a payment provider. When online card payments are enabled, full card details are submitted directly to the selected payment processor; HOMINITI does not intend to store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages, contact-form submissions, product reviews, return requests, photographs, and other information you send to us.
- Device and usage information: browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times of access, cookie identifiers, and security or diagnostic logs.
- Marketing preferences: subscription status, consent records, and engagement with marketing emails when you choose to subscribe.
4. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, place an order, contact us, request a return, submit a review, or subscribe to marketing. We also collect limited technical information automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies. We may receive transaction, delivery, fraud-prevention, or communication information from service providers involved in completing your request.
5. How we use personal information
- to operate the website and provide requested features;
- to process, confirm, fulfill, deliver, return, and refund orders;
- to create and maintain customer accounts;
- to answer questions and provide customer support;
- to prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and prohibited activity;
- to maintain records, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations;
- to troubleshoot, measure, and improve store performance and customer experience; and
- to send marketing communications when you have requested or otherwise lawfully agreed to receive them. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
HOMINITI and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the cart, checkout, login, account security, language or display preferences, performance, and fraud prevention. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will be described or presented through an appropriate choice mechanism if they are introduced.
The site currently uses services that may make limited technical requests to third parties, including Google Fonts and Gravatar. Gravatar may receive a protected hash of an email address in connection with supported profile or comment features. Your browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, but disabling necessary cookies can prevent the cart, checkout, or account from working correctly.
7. When we disclose information
We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to the following categories of recipients:
- website hosting, security, caching, backup, and technical support providers;
- WordPress, WooCommerce, and related store-service providers;
- payment processors and fraud-prevention providers when payments are enabled;
- shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, and return-service providers;
- email and marketing providers, including Mailchimp or Hostinger Reach, when you subscribe;
- professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, and legal advisers;
- government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a buyer, successor, or relevant adviser in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers are permitted to handle information only for authorized services and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
8. Sale and targeted-advertising sharing
HOMINITI does not sell personal information for money. As of the date of this policy, HOMINITI does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
9. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including fulfillment, returns, customer service, fraud prevention, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by the type of record. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Customers are responsible for keeping account passwords confidential and notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to HOMINITI, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; and to appeal a denied request. You may also withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Submit a request to info@hominiti.com or call +1 302-587-0007. State the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
12. California privacy notice
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, when that law applies to HOMINITI. In the preceding 12 months, the store may have collected the categories described in Section 3—such as identifiers, customer-record information, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate location inferred from IP address, and limited inferences used for security or store operation—from the sources described in Section 4 and for the purposes described in Section 5. These categories may have been disclosed for business purposes to the service-provider categories described in Section 7.
HOMINITI has not sold personal information for money and, as of the last-updated date, has not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. Where legally required, we will honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Because “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a single accepted standard, the site does not otherwise respond to them uniformly.
13. Children’s privacy
The store is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.
14. United States operations
HOMINITI currently sells and ships only within the United States. If you access the site from another location, information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the store, service providers, or legal requirements. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
