Free Shipping Within the United States
HOMINITI currently ships only to delivery addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no separate handling or packaging fee.
Estimated delivery
The estimated delivery window is 7–10 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Order processing and tracking
Orders are prepared and transferred to the carrier within the handling period applicable to the product. When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email address used for the order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@hominiti.com as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
Delivery issues
If an order arrives damaged, is materially different from the item ordered, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact info@hominiti.com with the order number and relevant photographs or details. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
For orders with a total value of USD 750 or more, signature confirmation may be required.
