Return authorization is required

Before sending any product back, email info@hominiti.com and include your order number, the product you want to return, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or different from its description.

Do not send a product without prior written return authorization. After approval, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label. Products sent without authorization, to a different address, or by an unapproved shipping method may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for reimbursement of shipping costs.

Time to send an authorized return

After return authorization and instructions are issued, the package must be handed to the approved carrier within 15 business days. Keep the receipt and tracking information until the return and refund are complete.

Return condition

The returned product must be the same item delivered and should be returned in substantially the same condition, with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging when reasonably possible.

Where permitted by applicable law, a refund may be reduced if the product has lost value because of use, alteration, missing parts, avoidable damage, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

Damaged, defective, or not-as-described products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. HOMINITI will pay the authorized return-shipping cost and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund timing and method

After the authorized return is delivered and inspected, we normally issue the approved refund within 2 business days. The refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exceptions

An item that is legally ineligible for return, made to order or personalized, perishable, or sealed for health or hygiene reasons and opened after delivery may be excluded only when that restriction is clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase and is permitted by applicable law. This does not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, or materially misdescribed products.
